How long does it take to receive my order?
We make every order as it is accepted, DIY Kits can be printed, checked and sent out whilst hand-painted collectable take around 3-4 working days to complete.
Do you keep customers updated?
Yes, we provide milestone updates via E-Mail to ensure customers are happy with their collectables before shipping.
What is your returns policy?
Due to our E-Mail updates for customers, we will only replace a collectable is damaged in transit. We hand-make all of our collectables, which means we cannot offer refunds. Please ensure you are making the correct choice when placing an order.
How do I subscribe for paint-along streams?
This will be done via Patreon. Keep up to date on our socials for more information dropping shortly.
Can you print off .STL files sent by customers?
Yes, although by doing so we assume customers have the rights to print off the file and pay for said services. E-Mail info@saberminiatures.com for a good chat about your upcoming project.
